Tomix 4272 N Scale Island Platform Set (Urban Type) Straight End with Lighting

This illuminated island platform (urban type) set features straight platform ends.

Features
● Follows the design of the island platform (urban type) and can be used side by side.
● Like the island platform (urban type), a covered platform can be placed in the center of the platform.

[Island Platform (Urban Type) Features]
● Placed between tracks on a 55.5mm double-track rail section (700mm required).
● When lining up with an island platform set (urban type) or an opposing platform set (urban type), the platforms on this product can be connected using the included joints in the following order: end platform + 140mm platform + middle platform + 140mm platform + end platform, with the middle platform in the center.
● Platform ends feature a stud to prevent workers from falling when used on elevated platforms. End walls can be installed.
● Built-in lighting, platform number signs, station name signs, vending machines, waiting rooms, elevators, and exterior lights are all illuminated (platform number signs are installed by the user).
● Platform joints, platform end stairs, escalators, etc. are pre-installed.

[Common Features of Platforms (Urban Type) with Lighting]
● Braille blocks and anti-slip material are printed on the platform surface to prevent falls onto the tracks.
● The platform height is raised 1.5mm compared to the modern platform, aligning the bottom of the train doors with the platform height to create a barrier-free platform with fewer steps for boarding and alighting.
