📌 The following is the estimation of taking times and shipping fee in difference delivery

Shipping Note

After placing the order, it will take about 2-4 days to send the package. Shipping time does not including the day you order and holidays.
The shipping time is every Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 6 pm, and there is no delivery on Sunday and Saturday.
There will be delay if there are too many orders or natural disaster.
If choosing home delivery, the actual shipping condition will be up to the route driver chooses.
If choosing the delivery of mart, please notice the message of the arrival of the package. If customers do not take the package in 7 days without any reason , customers would need to take the loss of the shipping fee.

Notification

1. Model trains are collections for adults only, and are not suitable for children under 14 years old.

2. Model trains are electrical models, we will test the functions of trains before shipping it. If customers is not familiar to the product, causing the decoder or the motor broken.

For example, run the analogy train on digital system, and it may be cause the motor broken.

We are not be able to change the brand new one for you but we can help you repairing the train as possible as we can.

3 .Although model trains are exquisite models, the model trains are still in mass production. Therefore, the details and paints of products are not absolutely perfect.

People will have different acceptance of product. If you are perfectionist, we strongly recommend you to visit our store and checking the product.

4. There is no 7 days of appreciation period in our store. Most customers are cherish about their models, so they do not wish the product they buy is the return of others.

If there is not the flaw of the product by itself, we will not accept the returns.

Please check the scale and your need before placing your order , to avoid the disturbance between us.

5. The product with on sale title means that we do not provide the service after selling and do not accept the returns.

Please check again before place the order.

6. Pre-order product: Please fill in the pre-order list in the brands, you can not place the pre-order product online. If there is any deposit, we will write another receipt after receiving the deposit.

The pre-order product do not support the payment of SHOPLINE Payments. Thanks for your cooperation.
