Welcome to visit M.J. Model RailRoad. In order to protect your rights, please take some time reading the following policy of the return in our store.

If the product you receive is seriously broken or there is a big flaw, please handle the package in following process:

1. Please call 02-2585-9491 and explain the reason of return in 3 days.

2. Please take the pictures of the flaw product and the sign receipt, and send them to website of M.J. Model RailRoad.

After confirmation of the product, you will be able to run the return process.

There is no acceptance of return in some situation:

1. The product is broken by people or the package of product is not completed.

2. The receipt or the accessories of product are not complete.
