Tomix 8767 N Scale JNR freight car Yo8000 series  (JR Freight Specification, 2-Car Set)


The Yo 8000 series conductor's van was introduced in 1974 to replace the previously used conductor's vans and covered brake vans, and is characterized by its design based on the conductor's compartment of the Kokifu 50000 series.
Even after the practice of attaching cabooses to freight trains was abolished at the end of the Japan National Railways era, a small number are still in use today, such as on oversized freight trains.
This set is modeled after the oversized freight trains and Class A transport trains seen on JR lines and waterfront railway lines. The affiliation is printed as "Tou-Uta." The taillights and interior lights do not light up. Reflector parts are included. The train can pass through mini-curves (when coupled with a locomotive capable of passing through mini-curves).
