Kato 20-606 Nscale 3-Light Automatic Signal SX 64mm (with auxiliary track)
●This N-gauge Unitrack automatic signal is being redesigned.
The power connection method and track length have been reconfigured, allowing for easy installation of a single signal in a layout and expanding the scope of play.
◆The signal itself features a 64mm straight track, allowing for greater flexibility in signal placement. By combining it with the included auxiliary track, it can also be used as a 124mm straight track, similar to previous models. It can also be connected to a stop signal button, expanding playstyle options. Power can be supplied to the signal by simply connecting the accessory adapter to the Power Pack Standard SX/Hyper DX or a cable to the Anywhere Power Connector.
Key Features
①The signal itself has been made smaller than previous models to reproduce a more realistic appearance, and the 64mm straight track allows for greater flexibility in placement in tight spaces, on the branching side of points, and other layouts. When combined with two included 30mm straight tracks, the length becomes equivalent to 124mm of straight track, allowing for replacement of existing products and compatibility with the 20-421 Signal Viaduct 124mm.
② Compatible with DC12V power. Can be powered by connecting the 22-018/018BK Power Pack Standard SX (+22-082 N AC Adapter), the 24-829/829BK Accessory Adapter connected to the 22-017 Power Pack Hyper DX, or the 22-081 Anywhere Power Connector.
*When using this product, do not use power packs older than the 22-012 Power Pack Standard S. This may cause malfunction.
③ The sensor uses a flange-touch system to ensure reliable operation.
④ The light changes from "green" to "red" when a vehicle passes, then automatically returns to "red" → "yellow" → "green." It remains "red" when traveling against the signal's direction.
⑤ Compatible with the separately sold 24-848 Stop Signal Button. Connect it and press the button to force a constant "red" light.
⑥ Automatically detects the layout's power supply type (analog/DCC). Supports DCC layouts by using the 22-081 Anywhere Power Connector (+22-082 N AC Adapter) to power the traffic lights.
*In DCC layouts, the standby light will be "green" regardless of the direction of travel. Therefore, if you are traveling against the direction of the signal, you will need to use the 24-848 Stop Signal Button to turn it "red."
