E259 Series "Narita Express" (Renewal Color) Basic Set (3 Cars)

● The E259 series, which debuted in 2009 as the second generation of the "Narita Express" connecting various parts of the Tokyo metropolitan area with Narita Airport, underwent a gradual redesign starting in 2023, based on the concept of "evolution as a new E259 series," with the vehicle design taking into account the changing purposes of use. The new E259 series design features a silver-based color scheme on the front and sides of the lead cars, reflecting "various usage scenarios" and "the ever-changing scenery of the areas along the line." From 2024, it began operation on the Sobu Main Line's "Shiosai" limited express service, and consequently, the aircraft logo on the side of the lead cars was removed.

◆ A new front gangway door is included, allowing you to recreate the state of two lead cars coupled together. Enjoy realistic coupled scenes easily.


◆The basic set (3 cars) will reproduce the appearance with the aircraft-themed markings and "N'EX" logo removed from the sides of both leading cars. Additionally, the destination display stickers will be updated to reflect the current state of the actual train.

①The Ne005 formation belonging to the Kamakura Train Depot will be produced.
②The appearance with the aircraft-themed markings and "N'EX" logo removed from the sides of both leading cars will be reproduced.
③Signal flares, train telephone antennas, and protective radio antennas will be represented as separate parts.
④The headlights will reproduce the actual train, with white HID lights on top and incandescent sealed beam lights in the middle. Furthermore, the lower section will have red taillights that illuminate (with an on/off switch).
⑤Slotless motor is used for smooth and quiet running.
⑥Intermediate coupling sections are equipped with body-mounted KATO coupler close-coupling type (with hooks) as standard. Inter-car dampers are represented.
⑦The driver's cab side of the leading car is equipped with KATO coupler close-coupling type (without hooks) as standard. Electrical connector (1 stage) included. Also includes front door (open) parts to recreate the coupled state of two train sets.
⑧ The basic set is an affordable Best Selection specification. Recommended for N gauge beginners.
⑨ The add-on set (3 cars) uses a 6-car book case and can store the contents of the basic set (3 cars).
