Kato 10-1952 N Scale 885 Series (Second Batch) <Around the Kyushu> 6-Car Set

The 885 series is an additional 885 series car for the "Sonic" service, introduced in 2001. It features a blue stripe and a redesigned headlight compared to the first batch. In 2003, one car was added, making the train a six-car formation. In 2010, the "Sonic" logo was changed to the "AROUND THE KYUSHU" logo, and the trains were active as "Sonic" and "Kamome." With the opening of the Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen in 2023, the trains are now active as "Sonic," "Relay Kamome," "Midori," and "Kasagi." Starting in March 2024, the leading car's bogie cover has been changed from a spherical design to a flat plate.
This is the 885 series (second batch) "Around the Kyushu," the main express train in the Kyushu region, updated to current specifications. This new product features flat, plate-like bogie covers, in keeping with the actual trains. The car numbering is also different from previous models, making it a great choice for collectors of this model.

Key Features
1. The SM8 train set belonging to the Minami-Fukuoka Depot is included.
2. The flat bogie covers on the leading car and the side markings on Moha 885-201, which are positioned differently from previous models, are also reproduced.
3. The "AROUND THE KYUSHU" logo and lettering are beautifully rendered.
4. The logo shared by both the 885 and 787 series groups is reproduced in print.
5. Differences from the first-run cars, such as the "Sonic" logo and emblem, are accurately reproduced.
6. The underfloor equipment, bogies, and other running gear are blue-gray, while the couplers are black. Features black-dyed wheels
