●JR Shikoku 8000 Series Limited Express "Shiokaze/Ishizuchi"

・This product recreates the trains undergoing renovation work that began in 2004. The 8500 Series (3-car set) recreates the trains from around 2010, when the pantographs were removed.

・The 5-car set recreates the L4 formation, and the 3-car set recreates the S5 formation.

・The 3-car set comes in the "Best Selection" package, recommended even for beginners.

① The distinctive exterior is recreated, including the non-through end design with its extensive use of curved surfaces that convey a sense of speed, and the pantograph control device on the roof.

② Head and taillights are illuminated on each leading car. The through-type leading cars, the 8400/8200, feature a light-off switch.

③ Each car features a body-mounted close-coupling coupler without a hook. The through-type leading cars use a dummy coupler. Includes a coupler and skirt for coupling the 8400/8200 series.

④ The powered cars of the 5-car and 8-car sets are equipped with traction tires, while the 3-car set is equipped without traction tires for coupled operation.

⑤ A slotless motor ensures smooth and quiet running.

⑥ Equipped with KATO's unique car body pendulum mechanism that reproduces the inward tilt of the car body when navigating curves, just like the real thing.

⑦ Destination display stickers included.
