■ About the actual building
Public housing is a five-story, rectangular building constructed and occupied by the Japan Housing Corporation starting in the early 1960s. It features a stairwell on the north side, a garbage chute next to the stairs, and balconies on the south side, a standardized design. Renovations were carried out periodically to reflect changing times.

Since 2004, it has been operated by the Urban Renaissance Agency (UR) as "UR Rental Housing," and recent buildings have evolved with unique and distinctive paintwork, additional water pipes and electrical panels, and roof renovations.

Public housing specifications can be seen in many large housing complexes throughout Japan, including Kiyose Asahigaoka Housing Complex in Tokyo and Toyoshiki Housing Complex in Chiba Prefecture. This product is modeled after "65-5N-3K."

■ By selecting the mounting parts, it is possible to create both the Public Housing era and the UR era.

■ One Public Housing building can be constructed.
■ Exterior walls, roof, and foundation are molded in ivory.

■ Building numbers, entrance doors, and small accessories are included as stickers (newly produced).
■ Cut lines (grooves) are set on the attic side, allowing for connection of multiple buildings.
