ENDO L632 JNR EF63 Electric Locomotive, Second Generation (14-21), Blue Paint
About the Actual Vehicle

The EF63 DC electric locomotive was produced from 1962 exclusively for the Usui Pass service between Yokokawa and Karuizawa. This product is modeled after the second generation (14-21) manufactured from 1965.

About the Model

Based on our previous first and third generation models, we have made the following changes and additions: a stopper for the front through door and a flag holder next to the front louvers have been added. A C'-type radio antenna is included in a separate bag.

The bogies are improved versions of the die-cast DT125+DT-126 bogies. The pantograph is a lightweight PS-17 pantograph. The power unit is equipped with a Canon EN-22+MP gear system. We will also be producing a limited number of first generation models. Enjoy coupling them with the previously released 189 Series Upgraded Asama.
