Kato 22-271-5 DF50 Sound card

[Powerful sound of the DF50 with a Sulzer engine]

●The DF50 is a diesel locomotive whose prototype was manufactured in 1957 to make non-electrified sub-main lines smokeless, and was added to the fleet until 1963. The 0-series was powered by a new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries engine in technical cooperation with Swiss company Sulzer, and was widely used in the Shikoku region, including the Tosan Main Line.

◆A sound card for the DF50, which was used in the Shikoku region, is now available. This product will include sound sources essential for model railroad operation, such as characteristic engine sounds and running sounds. Enjoy the sound of the DF50, which was born during the smokeless era of the Japanese National Railways and left its mark on sub-main line train towing.

◆This product is a "sound synchronization" type in which the vehicle speed changes according to the acceleration and deceleration of the sound, but it is equipped with a program for the "synchronization setting save" function. Once you set the controller priority mode, it will remain in that mode unless you cancel it, so even those who are just starting to drive using a sound box can easily enjoy it.
