Kato 10-2077 N scale E233 series T-formation train. 3 cars

The E233-0 series was introduced to the Chuo Line Rapid Service in 2006. The T-formation, primarily used on the Chuo Line Rapid Service, and the H-formation, which can be split and used for direct service to the Ome, Itsukaichi, and Fujikyu Railway Lines, are currently in service.

In 2022, the first Green Cars were introduced on the Chuo Line's E233 series to improve seated service. Unlike the previous two-story Green Cars, these cars feature side-opening doors to expedite boarding and alighting times. After trial runs, the cars began to be gradually incorporated into commercial trains starting in October 2024, with two Green Cars added to the existing 10-car regular car formations, resulting in a 12-car formation. Full-scale Green Car service began in March 2025, when the incorporation into all 58 eligible trains was completed.


◆A two-car Green Car set will also be released at the same time, allowing you to incorporate these cars into existing E233 Series Chuo Line trains. Enjoy the current Chuo Line scenery alongside the 10-1912/1913 E231 Series 500 Chuo-Sobu Local Line.

・The T15 formation from the Toyota Rolling Stock Center is reproduced as a Green Car.
・Reproduces a 12-car through formation incorporating the SaRo E232-0, SaRo E233-0, and SaHa E233.
・The Green Car features double-doors on the side, a reduced car end due to the extended double-decker section, an increased distance between the bogie centers, and a thicker lower door due to the reduced car width. Steps are reproduced.
- Reproduce the configurations of the Salo E233-0, with its centralized toilet and service room, and the Salo 232-0, which has been converted to fully-equipped passenger compartments.
- SaHa E233-500 is reproduced as it appears after being modified with a toilet.
- MoHa 232-200 is reproduced as it appears with additional underfloor equipment (SIV).
- Each car is reproduced without its affiliation markings.
- Slotless motors ensure smooth and quiet running.
- Front display: "1324T Chuo Limited Express" and side display: "Chuo Limited Express Tokyo." Replacement front display: "1143T Rapid Takao" is included.
- Body-mounted KATO close-coupled couplers (with hooks) are standard equipment for the intermediate coupling.
