A new Small Strip Mall is now joining the KATO selection of scenery accessories. Based on popular one-story shop complexes, this type of structure is commonly seen along the railroads and highways. Pre-assembled and molded in color, the Small Strip Mall can be placed at various locations on your layout with or without parking areas. The Small Strip Mall can be combined with the new "Metro" series structures to expand commercial and business property activity near a rail station.

.A single-story mixed-use commercial facility that realistically recreates small shopping streets like those found along railway stations, in town centers, near temples, or in housing complexes.
.A set of two buildings: one with four stores in a row for direct sales and one with two convenience store-style buildings, each with a width of 124mm.
.Features a modern design and bright color scheme that matches a wide range of time periods. The roof air conditioning units and the store interiors and back details are realistically recreated.
.The main building fits perfectly on the space along the platform of the <23-411 Station Road Set> road plate (depth 53mm).
.If you place the included sidewalk plate in front of the stores, it will fit perfectly on the building space of Geo Town road plates such as <23-415 Straight Road> (depth 81mm).
.The sidewalk plates include two types: one with parking spaces and one with paving stones and planted areas.
.Includes a rich variety of detailed, specialized stickers that cater to the two sets' usage.
