● The limited express "Thunderbird" and "Shirasagi" heading to the Hokuriku region had their operating sections changed,
with the Shinkansen Tsuruga joining them in March 2024. As a result, there have been changes to the trains used on each
service. In June 2024, a 683 series train previously used for the "Thunderbird" service, was unveiled with an added orange
stripe distinctive of the "Shirasagi". Following that, all 6-car 683 series 0 models were repainted in the "Shirasagi" livery, and
from December 2024, have been fully operating as "Shirasagi."
◆ The 683 series "Shirasagi," characterized by its orange stripe, is already available as an N gauge model. The 683 series
"Thunderbird" is also available, so you can enjoy it alongside a wide range of vehicles from the Kansai, Hokuriku, and Tokai
regions.
