Kato 10-1793 N scale Taiwan Railways EMU3000 (Green) 6-Car Add-on Set

The EMU3000 stands as Taiwan RailwaysAdministration's (TRA) newest flagship express train. With plans to introduce600 units in total, it commenced operations at the end of 2021, replacing oldertrain models like the "Tze-Chiang" express trains (akin to Japan'sexpress trains) and the "Chu-Kuang" passenger trains (similar toJapan's limited express trains). It also serves as a replacement for dieselcars on the electrified South-Link Line. Since 2019, TRA has been refreshingstations and rolling stock under the concept of "TRA Aesthetic Renaissance(FUTURE—RENAISSANCE)". Following this ethos,the EMU3000 boasts a modern design with a simple monochrome theme complementedby accent colors above the doors. Designed to enhance transportation capacity,the train formation comprises twelve 20-meter-long cars, including a businessclass car (referred to as "Teng Yun Class"), akin to Japan's GreenCar, linked to the sixth car.
Together with Taiwan High Speed Rail 700T, the EMU3000 offers a picturesqueview of Taiwan's railway landscape. We aim to faithfully reproduce its sleek,black-and-white design and various markings."
