With equipment against snow in snowy regions
Electric locomotive EF58 debuted in 1952 as a locomotive to meet the need ofpassenger transport after the last war.
In snowy regions,it was furnished with icicle cutter eaves and snow plow on thefront, power supply indicating lisht, on the side.
A new varient of (HO) EF58 will appear with equipment against snow.
This locomotive is recommendable to tow (HO) SUHAFU 12, (HO) OHA12 and(HO)OHAFU13 which are planned for the simultaneous release.

Features

・The characters of vehicles, which were made byHitachi, and deployed from 1965 to 1975 to Takasaki 2nd locomotive depot,Utsunomiya and Takasaki depots, are represented.
・Equipment against snow such as icicle cutters, snowplow, electric heaters is reproduced.
・Body color and the belt on the front will berepresented beautifully.
・Handrails, jumper hoses, wipers are molded as separateparts, reproducing 3D detail.
・Driving wheels and leading wheels are carved clearbetween spokes.
